Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Protokit account and all data associated with it at any time — directly in the app, or by request if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete your account in the app
Open Settings
Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of any screen in Protokit.
Scroll to the bottom
The account actions sit at the very bottom of Settings.
Tap DELETE ACCOUNT
Confirm in the dialog. Your account and every piece of data tied to it are deleted permanently — this cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have Protokit installed, email [email protected] with the subject “Protokit account deletion request” from the email address your account is registered with. We verify the request against that address and delete the account and all its data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when it is done.
Everything, permanently
Deleting your account removes all of the following from our servers, immediately and irreversibly:
- Your account (email and sign-in credentials)
- All peptides, doses and dose logs
- Injection-site history
- Vitamins / supplements and their logs
- Cycles and cycle history
- App settings and preferences stored in your account
We keep no copies and apply no retention period — once deleted, the data is gone. Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store and are not stored by us; manage or cancel them in your store account. If you only want a fresh start without deleting the account, you can instead remove individual peptides and logs inside the app.
