By downloading, installing, or using Body Metrics, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not medical advice

Body Metrics is a personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Body composition estimates (BMI, waist-to-height ratio, US Navy body fat percentage) are approximations calculated from the numbers you enter and should not be used to make health decisions. Bloodwork tracking is a log — the app does not interpret your results, flag abnormal values, or replace guidance from a lab technician or medical professional. Consult a licensed health professional for any questions about your body composition or health.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you enter and for any actions you take based on insights the app displays. Almstedt Studio is not liable for any harm resulting from your use of the app.

Pro purchases

Body Metrics Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds are governed by the applicable store's policy.

Intellectual property

The Body Metrics app, its name, its design, and all associated materials are owned by Almstedt Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app, or specific features, at any time.

Disclaimer

Body Metrics is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almstedt Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
