Would you buy it
again today?
Maxx lists the subscriptions you pay for, shows what they really cost per year, and asks you one question about each. Keep, flag, or cut — and watch the yearly number fall.
Three steps. No bank login.
- 01
Add what charges you
Pick your subscriptions from a built-in list. Prices and categories come pre-filled. Under a minute for the lot.
- 02
See the real cost
Every subscription as yearly money, biggest first, plus the next 30 days of charges. The size of a "small" plan becomes obvious.
- 03
Review & cut
One card at a time: would you buy it again today? Flag it, sleep on it a week, then cut. Every cut is a win — and your score climbs.
Everything that makes cancelling easy.
- 01
Three taps per subscription
Type a few letters, pick the service, done. Netflix, Spotify, your gym, your mobile plan — the price and category are filled in from a built-in list of common services. No bank connection, ever.
- 02
Every cost as yearly money
A "cheap" 149 kr streaming plan is 1 788 kr a year. Maxx shows every subscription as what it really costs you, biggest first, so the true size is impossible to ignore.
- 03
One question, one card at a time
The Review tab walks you through your subscriptions one by one and asks the only question that matters: would you buy it again today? Keep, flag, or cut.
- 04
Sleep on it
Flag something you could live without and Maxx waits seven days before nudging you to cut it. If you didn’t miss it in a week, you don’t need it.
- 05
Your Maxx Score
One number, 0–100, built from three things you control: how much goes to subscriptions you barely use, how many you’ve reviewed lately, and how much you’ve cut this year. No income figure needed.
- 06
Reminders that matter
The day before a charge. Two days before a free trial turns into a bill. Thirty days before a lock-in ends. All scheduled on your phone — nothing leaves the device.
- 07
Leasing and lock-ins
A car lease or a 12-month gym contract isn’t something to review every month. Set the lock-in date and Maxx leaves it alone until the moment you can actually decide.
- 08
The next 30 days
Every charge coming up, day by day, with the total. No surprises on the 25th.
- 09
Your phone is the source
No account required. Your list lives on your device. Cloud sync is optional, there’s no analytics or ads, and nothing is ever sold.
Free to start. Pro once, not monthly.
Track five subscriptions with everything included — the score, review, sleep-on-it, reminders. Maxx Pro is a single one-time purchase that removes the limit and adds cloud sync. A subscription killer that charged a subscription would be a bad joke.
- Free: five subscriptions, every feature
- Pro: unlimited subscriptions + cloud sync, one-time
- No ads. No tracking. No bank connection.
- Every European currency, plus USD and CAD
Common questions
Does it connect to my bank?
No, and it never will. You add subscriptions yourself — pick them from a built-in list of common services and the price and category are pre-filled. It takes three taps each, and it means your bank login never touches the app.
What is the Maxx Score?
A 0–100 score with three explainable parts: the share of your subscription money going to things you barely use, how many subscriptions you’ve reviewed in the last 60 days, and how much you’ve cut in the last year. It moves the moment you act.
Do I need an account?
No. Your list lives on your phone and the app works fully offline. Signing in is optional and only exists to keep the same list on more than one device — it’s part of Maxx Pro.
How much does it cost?
Free tracks five subscriptions with everything included — the score, review, reminders. Maxx Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the limit and adds cloud sync. No subscription plan, obviously.
iOS or Android?
Both. It’s one codebase, so the same features land on both platforms.
Is my data safe?
By default it never leaves your phone. If you turn on sync, your list is stored in your own private cloud space that only your account can read, encrypted in transit. There’s no analytics, no tracking, and you can clear everything from inside the app at any time.
