DEADSTOP – Gym & Strength Log

A strength training log – and now a powerlifting meet for your friends, on one phone.

— New in 3.13

Compete With Friends

One iPhone runs a squat, bench and deadlift meet. Add each lifter with body weight and sex – friends don’t need the app or an account. Everyone gets three attempts per lift; the app shows the plates to load per side and explains the simplified rules. Lifters are ranked by DOTS, so light and heavy lifters compete fairly – or by total, if you prefer. Afterwards the podium becomes a share card and the meet is saved in a history. Compete With Friends is free for everyone.
