Not medical or fitness advice

DEADSTOP is a personal training log. It does not provide medical, fitness, or coaching advice. Any workout plans, weights, or programs you enter are your own choices. Consult a qualified health or fitness professional before starting or changing a training program.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for performing exercises safely. Almstedt Studio is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from your use of the app.

Pro purchases

DEADSTOP Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds are governed by the applicable store's policy.

Intellectual property

The DEADSTOP app, its name, its design, and all associated materials are owned by Almstedt Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app, or specific features, at any time.

Disclaimer

DEADSTOP is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almstedt Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
